WELCOME TO HERITAGE!
The Heritage Elementary School PTO would like to welcome you to a new year at our school. For those of you who are unfamiliar with us, we are a volunteer organization made up of parents, teachers, administrators and support staff. The PTO works hard to help make the school year both enjoyable and exciting for all!
We are here to help students and staff by providing support for educational and recreational needs and to encourage school spirit and pride. The PTO uses its resources, both manpower and monetary, to support the efforts of the staff and to provide learning and enrichment opportunities for our children.
This website is a tool for parents to become familiar with the PTO as well as a place to find events, school schedules, meeting notices and more!

The PTO is very excited to introduce you to Heritage Elementary’s new principal, Mrs. Laura Ryan for the 2022-2023 school year! Mrs. Ryan brings experience as she served the Ankeny Community School District for the past 8 years as an instructional coach, an assistant principal, and most recently the principal at Northeast Elementary.
